Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/19/2016. Clear bronze color with a medium off-white head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. Aroma of spicy rye, malt and fruit. Light to medium body with flavors of grainy malt, rye, fruit and earthy hops. The finish is mildly spicy rye malt. Decent overall.

Shaker pint draft at Avanti in Denver, Colorado. The pour is hazed golden brown with a well built one inch white head. The aroma is fresh cereal grain, softly sweet nuttiness, with some toasted spiced rye. Engaging nose. The taste is smooth blend of the cereal grain, sweet nut bread malt and the spiced rye softly complementing the beer. The palate is medium bodied with active carbonation and a clean finish. Nice subtle use of the Rye.
