Goblet / tulip type glass draft at the brewpub in Martin City, Missouri. The pour is a clear golden copper with a smallish white head. The aroma is faint floral, grass and cracker malt sweet. The taste is a blend of floral, citrus hops and the herbal spice character of the Belgian yeast. There is grass and mineral in the back. The palate is light to medium bodied with low carbonation and a clean floral finish. Solid take on the style.
