Draught@Craft Beer Helsinki 2018. Ruby colour with a small white head. Aroma is blue cheese, raspberries, some earth, herbs and mild yeast. Flavour is floral, some blue cheese and raspberries. In a way very nice raspberry bluecheesy thing, but I'm afraid the bluecheesy notes are not intended here...

Õlle on selline jook, et iga uus kord kui klaasi või pudeli suule tõstad, siis leiad midagi uut, sõltuvalt tuhandest-miljonist pisiasjast, mis hetke olukorda mõjutavad. Seega piirdun iga õlle juures selle tekstiga.

440 ml can. Cloudy red with a big foamy disappearing head. Raspberries, red currant, beetroot, lactic acid, lime, grapefruit peel. Acidic sourness with some unpleasant bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft carbonated, dry sour bitter finish. Okay.

Draught @ [ CBH2018 ] - Craft Beer Helsinki 2018, Rautatientori (Railway Square), Helsinki, Finland 00100. [ As Käbliku Raspise ].Unclear medium red colour with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, raspberry, cheese, gorgonzola - smeely cheesse, smelly feet. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, raspberry, sweet malt, bluecheese, cheese crisp - cheese. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180705] 4-3-6-3-10

Tap @ cbh 2018. Poured reddish color with a thin white head. Raspberries, blue cheese and cheese crisps. Super bad. Undrinkable.

Keg at Craft Beer Helsinki. Hazy deep pink, small head. Huge aroma of butyric acid and blue cheese. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Stale butter on gorgonzola. Yeah, maybe some raspberry too. Just who decided this was good for serving?

Bottle. Pours almost red, dark pink, some white foam at first but disappears quite quickly. Nose has some heavy and edgy yeast spice, bit square feel to it, Fruity part is god though, nice sourish raspberries, feels like a raspberry cake. Taste has also raspberries at first, they are nice, sweet-fruity. Then the main saison body comes out and that is not really balanced at all, some off-centered bitterness, weird edges. A bit controversial brew, could be good but something is bringing the overall impression down a notch. Difficult to rate in that sense.

33cl bottle from Uba ja Humal, Tallinn. Pours hazy red with a modest, pinkish head. Aroma is quite dominated by raspberries, with mild malty and yeasty notes and hints yogurt. Nicely acidic with pleasant raspberry flavour and well integrated alcohol. Refershing and enjoyable.

Bottle. Hazy pink, thin fizzy offwhite head, good retention. Aroma of sweet berries, lemon. Taste is sweet berries, earth, pepper. Medium bodied.

Bottle sample at the source. Bright red color pink head. Aroma of dusty overripe berries. Taste is lightly tart raspberry. Very nice.
