I had a couple of ~2 oz samples at the Boulevardia Taps & Tastes in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a mostly clear yellow golden with not much of a white head. The aroma is softly tart, apple, lemon citrus notes and a bit of malt in the base. The taste is simple, restrained tart sour, with fresh citrus and a clean finish. The palate is light bodied, bordering on thin, with soft carbonation and the clean finish. Doing a 2 oz sample of this at a festival is probably not totally fair to the beer, hope I can have a full pint someday.
