Shaker pint draft at Martin City Pizza and Tap in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a hazed brown copper with a small off white head. The aroma is cracker and crystal malt, along with a fresh grass element. The taste is a nice blend of the cracker, malt and the crystal dry grass hits the back. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and a dry finish. Really solid bitter, nice to have a well made local version of a take on a style I enjoy.
