Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Det Lille Bryggeri Celebration Ringsted ].Clear medium brown color with a small average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, smoke. Flavour is moderate sweet and light bitter with a long duration, caramel, sweet malt, smoke. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140522]

DØE. Hazy deep ruby red with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel, fruity and smoked meat. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. 220514

Draught at KØ14. Slightly smokey aroma. Cloudy red brown colour. Small light brown head. The flavour is papery, earthy and smokey. Not too well-made.

From tap. Pours hazy brown with a small off white head. Aroma is mild smoked and caramelish. Sweet and caramelish. Toasted malty. Lingering toasted and caramelish into the finish.
