Shaker pint draft at Elysian Fields. Pour is slight haze copper orange with a nicely formed one inch light tan head. Splotchy lacing lines the glass as the beer falls. Aroma is soft earthy hops and mildly sweet toasted biscuit malt. Mild nose, but nice balance. Taste is herbal sweet maltiness, followed close behind by the grassy earthy hops, some sweet citrus and then some resin mid palate that closes it all out. Crisp and clean taste. Palate is medium to thin bodied, soft fine carbonation gives this an almost cask mouthfeel. Nice sessionable beer.
