Appearance: clear deep brown with a large beige head of low to medium retention. Aroma: rye bread, dried fruits, distant treacle. Taste: light sweet and sour. Dried apples and pears, prunes, rye bread, citric acid. Mouth feel: medium minus body, average to lively carbonation. Summary: refreshing stuff.
