Draft. A dark brown beer with a tan head. The aroma has notes of spices, liquorice, and chili. The flavor is sweet with notes of chili over load, liquorice, and roasted malt, leading to a dry burning finish.

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Hornbeer Bubbers Chili Porter ].Clear dark black brown color with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, flowers, chili, peppery, spicy. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet with a long duration, chili, wood, pepper, spicy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is flat, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140522]

DØE. Black without head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt, liquorice and chili. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish with loads of burning chili. Why? 220514

From tap. Pours pitch black with a fully gone head. Peppery and spiced. Solid peppery and veggie. Burning. Dark malty and veggie. Herbal.

Draught.At DØF 2014.Black colour with small head.Aroma of chilli and soya,spicey with pepper taste and hops,feels a bit weak with thin body and short finish.

KØ14. Spicy and pungent cough syrup aroma. Black colour, no head. The flavour has a lot of chili and some liquorice and cough medicine. Long afterburn. Interesting and not so good.
