Draught at Ølbaren, Copenhagen
Dark brown color with creamy beige head. The aroma is dusty, soil, some herbs and light chocolate. Smooth mouthfeel; some dark caramel flavor, chocolate, with moderate residual sweetness, very light sourness, peppery note, very light herbal touch; medium-to-low bitterness. Balanced.
Not too bad, interesting.

On tap. Pours a dark brown with a warm, reddish hue and a creamy, off-white head. Malty nutty nose. Quite full-bodied, sweet caramel, light nut accents and a vague, spicy touch. Has a light tartness in the nose that never ends up in the flavour though. Some warming alcohol. Pleasant. (Is this the Dragsholm Doppelbock with added angelica? 141212

From tap at Lord Nelson. Pours dark brown, deep amber glare and no real head. Aroma is toasted malt, light herbal and chocolate. Dense malty, caamelish, herbal and bitter. Spiced and dry roasted breadish to caramelish malty. Bitter finish.
