Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of spicy hops, perfume, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, and caramel, leading to a bitter finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy golden with a dense and lacing white head. Sweet fruity nose, perhaps slightly citric. Medium body, again fruity with a lightly citric touch. Bitter finish. 071112

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris, batch 1102, bb Jul 2012 (?)
Hazy golden color with compact head, and persistent perlage. Light aroma of lemon, pizza dough (yeast). Smooth mouthfeel; the malt profile has a definite cereals edge; correct bitterness, but no Simcoe qualities.
Pleasant beer, with no flaws; but just purchased and probably unfresh.
