Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of yeast, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of yeast, butter, and straw, leading to a dry buttery finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy golden with a dense and lively white head leaving some lacework. Odd biscuity aroma, somewhat oxidized. Medium body, caramellish oxidization, bitter finish. But no aroma character really. 071112

Bottle from La Cave à Bulles, Paris, batch 1101, bb Jul 2012 (?)
Hazy golden color, with generous compact head. Light aroma, a bit of malt, vanilla, lightly feety. Medium flavor of cereals; correct bitterness.
Unfresh, although it was purchased just a few weeks ago; easy.
