Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Bøllingsø Stout ].Clear dark black brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, chocolate, coffee, dark malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, roasted, smoked. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140523]

DØE. 7% ABV. Clear very dark brown with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, malty, roasted malt and moderate hoppy. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 230514

Draught at KØ14. Fruity aroma, slightly smokey. Dark red brown colour, seems clear. Small light brown head. The flavour is malty and roasted with a mild earth maltiness. A little sweet. Not very stout-like.

From tap. Poura dark brown to black with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, toasted and solid hoppy. Sweet, toasted and solid hoppy. Bitter and crisp fruity. Lingering toasted and hoppy into the finish.
