Bottle backlog November 2017. (5,8%) Almost clear golden body with lively carbonation and a small white head. Quite nice aroma of pale malt, fruity and yeast, the typical banana, cloves and bubblegum stuff is hardly detectable. Flavor is mild malty, some wheat, hint of honey and feels quite refreshing. Medium body and aftertaste. Not very typical to style but a decent thirst quencher anyway.

On tap at Gulating Pub, Stavanger. It’s an unclear golden colored beer with a nice off-white head leaving curtains. The aroma is on the fruity side, but rather weak. Banana, bread, cloves and bubblegum show up. It’s a bit sweet on the palate, full-bodied and nicely carbonated, with a suitable bitterness level. Bread, cloves, bubblegum and banana in the flavor, with the banana and bubblegum lasting for a good while. Overall, a decent weissbier, but nothing special going on. 171020

Bottled 500ml (Vinmonopolet, ABV 5.8%)
Yellow colour, small white head. Dry yeasty, wheaty, tartish aroma. Light-bodied. Fizzy carbonation. Citrus, light wheatyness, coriander-like spiceyness. Simple and quite watery for its ABV. A bit messy.

Flaske 500ml fra Vinmonopolet Tromsø - Sentrum. Drukket på Bergstua 6 Sep 17. Gyldengul. Middels høyt kremaktig skum som daler sakte. Litt uklar. Forsiktig aroma av banan & krydder. Smaken lett sitrus & banan. Vel mye kullsyre. En del bunnfall.

On tap @ Crowbar. This is quite a cloudy looking one. Deep golden/orange in color and it has a medium sized just off-white head placed on the top. Smells a little mild initially. Some wet cardboard, wheat, mild yeast and something that can remind of dusty banana. Fair enough. It's mild oily in the mouth this and above average on the bubbles. Tastes a little better than the aroma suggested. Quite sweet-wheaty, some dryness from the cardboard and a little citrus schwung in the finish. Drinkable, but not a very memorable heffe. 25.05.2014
