(Keg at the brewery taproom, 20250609) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had grass, honey and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were grass, fruitiness, bread, honey and bitterness. Aftertaste was dry and had flavours of grass and bitterness. A decent dry and grainy brew.

Draught keg at the taproom, Brighton. Light gold, clear with visible carbonation and a small white head. Grainy aroma, strong grassy notes and a hint of malt. Taste is sweet but not too much so with light bitterness in the finish. Light body with quite heavy carbonation. Great malt bill on this Helles. A cut above most.
