Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a smallish, off-white head. Malty sweet aroma, a little butterscotch. Rich, sweet malty body, bready, nutty notes with a late, indistinct hopping. Not really a Heller Bock - but not a Dunkler either. 170914

Bottle 500ml. [ As Grauballe Silkebock ].Clear medium to light amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, grain, apple, light sour malt. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, sugary malt, marmelade sugary malt, caramel, malty, apple notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
