Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Moderate bitter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottle @ Food festival. Hazy amber with small off-white head. Aroma is malt, caramel, toasted, straw, hop and a little grass. Flavour is malt, caramel, toasted, straw, grass, little grainy, medium sweet, hop, grass and a little bitter.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a clear amber with a smallish, off-white head. Malty sweet aroma, a little butterscotch. Rich, sweet malty body, bready, nutty notes with a late, indistinct hopping. Not really a Heller Bock - but not a Dunkler either. 170914

Bottle 500ml. [ As Grauballe Silkebock ].Clear medium to light amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, grain, apple, light sour malt. Flavour is moderate to light light heavy sweet with a average duration, sugary malt, marmelade sugary malt, caramel, malty, apple notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Bottle at KØ14. Sweet, sugary aroma. Cloudy dark red amber colour. No head. The flavour is sweetish but not sugary. OK mouthfeel. Slightly unclean note of sour rag in the finish.
