Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7

Short lived beige head left a spotty cover & collar with lots of lacing on a dark brown body. Ashtray, burnt & tobacco aroma. Smells like a 1970's tap room. Medium bodied, foamy with a smoother clean back. Burnt, roasted, malt, biscuit & liquorice tastes with a light citrus finish. Drinkable.

Part of the Toast Companion package - pours dark with a small white head - light tastes of chocolate and coacoa, not as strong as a porter, but quite sessionable.
