Missed review from 8.6.2016. White rocky head stayed well on a light golden effervescent body. Wheat & banana aroma. Quite thin with little carbonation. Sour tastes of banana, vanilla yeast with a very fruity background. Reasonable but not the best example of a Wheat Beer.

Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours clear, very pale yellow with a dense, creamy white head. A little dusty wheat in the nose, faint pine needles. Light-medium sweet flavor with dry pale bread, light wheat, hay, pale grains, low bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Somewhat bland on the finish, a little bubblegum, dried wheat, lemon rind. So so.

Keg at the source. Dull orange golden coloured pour with no head. With a fading off white head. Aroma is toffee cakey, sweet caramel, caramac bar, under fermented, raisin, vanilla. Flavour is composed of tart raspberry wheat, doughy. Palate is semi crisp. Doughy. Tart jammy fruit, highish carbonation. Lingering berry finish. Not a huge fan of this.
