[ As DTU Birke Ale ].Hazy matt medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, light to moderate yeasty, sweet wood notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average duration, yeasty, caramel, malty, wood notes. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20140524]
