[ As Claudette et Louis Dauvers Cidre Bouché Fermier Demi-Sec Biologique Pur Jus ].Unclear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy to fizzy, fair lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate to heavy apple, tart apple, sweet apples, horse blanket, celery. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweetapples, tart apples, sulfur, semi dry. Body is medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20140705]
