Přinášíme vám náš nový hodně nachmelený red ale, který jsme uvařili v Rodinný pivovar Zichovec společně s brněnským létajícím pivovarem JBM Brew Lab Pub.

Je to pořádná nůše plná ostružin, lesních jahod, jehličí a všeho, co můžete najít a potkat v lese.

Slady: pale ale, carared, carapils.
Chmely: columbus, simcoe, nelson sauvin, hbc 366.
Kvasnice: mangrove jack’s m36 liberty bell ale.

Aroma: Sweet, fruity.
Appearance: Hazy dark golden-amber color. Medium white head.
Taste: Sweet, melanoiden malt, bitter.
Palate: Medium body. Bitter finish.
Overall: Too sweet. Not much pleasant.

Draught at BeerGeek Bar. Cloudy, ochre amber colored. AROMA- sweet honey, fruity, pine needles. FLAVOR- neutral, a bit fruity sour, pleasantly tart, berries, strawberries, needles. Pine forest. Medium bodied.
Tasty.

Keg at beer geek. Pours deep orange, nose is grainy, herbal, caramel, light fruit, taste is dry, herbal, toffee.
