Draft. A hazy amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of lacto, brettanomyces, and cherries. The flavor is acidic with notes of lacto, brettanomyces, and cherries, leading to a tart finish.

DØE. Hazy golden with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and sour fruit. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate acidic. Dry and moderate acidic finish. 230514

Draught @ [ DOE - Olfestival Kobenhavn 2014 ] @ Tap1, Ny Carlsbergvej 91, 1760 Copenhagen, Denmark. [ As Syndikatet Værtinden ].Light unclear medium amber color with a small to average, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate, tart, blueberries, baking yeast. Flavour is moderate sweet to heavy with a average duration, baking yeast, yeasty, berry - blueberries, sweet berries. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. IMO. nothing to do with a fruit lambic ! [20140523]

Draft @ Ølfestival 2014. Pours a hazy golden color with a small white head. Has a fruity sour bretty blueberry aroma. Fruity bretty sour blueberry flavor. Has a fruity tart bretty finish.

Good citric aroma, nicely acetic. Cloudy dark amber colour. No head. The flavour starts off very promising with a good, refreshing vinegar note, not too strong, though. It turns a little watery and bready after a while, but ends up rather decent. Long berrylike and vinegary finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small to fully gone head. Acetone and blueberry fruity. Glue. Dry, citric and mild blueberry farty. Mild acetone into a dry finish.
