Cask @ Molly House, Manchester. Very dark clear amber with a small creamy head. Dark-malty with a prominent marshmallow sugary sweetness - makes this brew quite interesting.

Cask at Crewe Dog, Crewe. Pours a dark burgundy with a small off-white head. Very little aroma – just some vague maltiness. In the mouth it has a creamy texture, but is also watery. Main flavour is malts, plus treacle, cola and dandelion and burdock. Finish is malty as well. This is OK, but it doesn’t have much wallop.
