Black beer, thick brown foam but quickly falling. Smell of cocoa and bitter chocolate, orange in the background. Taste similar to aroma. Dark chocolate, bitter orange, toasted malt. Decent body with a bit of alcohol warmth. Very pleasant.

Keg at the Epicure Festival, Stirling. Pours black with a thick tan head. Aromas of coffee, chocolate and orange. Taste adds vanilla. Chocolate orange linger.

From tap at Delfts Brouwhuis. Roasty with coffee, chcolate, orange, coffee grounds, mocha. Nicely bitter with a light sweetness. Cold coffee in the finish. Fairly bitter taste, body could be a bit more full.

440ml can. Pours jet black with a small, bubbly head. Aroma is bittersweet citrus oils and dark chocolate. Grown up Jaffa Cakes. Taste has dark chocolate and orange with a bitter grainy finish.

Black beer, thick brown head and smells of bitter orange with some chocolate. Flavour does the same as you might expect. Dark chocolate, bitter orange again, toasty malt. Decent body to this with some boozy warmth. Very nice.
