Cinnamon Bun Plasterer is a tribute to one of our favorite pastries, combined with the rich flavors of our thick stouts. We’ve captured the essence of a freshly baked cinnamon bun by steaming raisins and cinnamon for a full 12 hours, intensifying their flavors. The base of this beer features a blend of barley malt, rye, and wheat for a rich and luxurious mouthfeel, enhanced with creamy vanilla and a hint of cassonade sugar. For added depth and complexity, we’ve included tonka beans and a touch of coffee. The result? A complex beer with layers of spice and sweetness, all wrapped in a velvety texture.

Aus der Dose im 2025-01 getrunken. Dieses Stout ist ein typisches Pastry Stout mit leicht öliger Viskosität und deutlicher Süße, die die Mokka-Röstaromen abrunden. Ein Zimt-Aroma ist mir nicht aufgefallen. Ein tolles Stout was aber durch seinen kräftigen Aromen und Alkoholgehalt deutlich Aufmerksamkeit einfordert.

Nu går jag över till Beerpal när Ratebeer överger ölnördarna . Denna stout jämföres med Bad seed Dark regin. Ok här har vi kaffe och socker samt kaffe och lite socker. Sjukt obalanserad och inge vidare. Jämförelse ölen Bad Seed jag går inte ens jämföra då detta är en kukdålig öl. Jämför järna öl då kvalitets skillnade enklast upptäcks . Detta en odrickbar kaffe sump öl med socker .

Black beer, brown head. Smells.of malt and cinnamon. Flavour has toasty malt, warming cinnamon, lactose, caramel, dried fruit. Some.boozy warmth, and the spice lingers along with some lactosey vanilla. Big, rich, warming stout.

Can from Kvickly Odder @ Home. Pours pitch black with a creamy dark brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, vanilla, cinnamon. Flavor is sweet, spiced, roasted malt, caramel, brownies, spice, vanilla, cinnamon, alcohol. Full body, soft carbonation, sweet spiced finish with some warming alcohol. Abit to spicy for my liking. 021124
