Keg draught at the Blue Boar, Leicester. Puce, hazy with a pinkish-white head. Chocolate chips, black grape, berries, vanilla sugar in the aroma. Sourish taste, more than many pastry sours, but it's got a dogged chocolate chip sweetness. Makes a nice balance. Long finish is a bit sweeter than the start. Medium body, carbonation on the low side but there's enough to lift the beer. Impressive and a little more cogent than many 'silly' sours.

Unclear pale red pour and a fine head.
Good intensity in the aroma.
Tad sweet and an ok carbonation level.
Vanilla, fruity and strawberryflavor.

Murky pink, thin head. Tart berries, in aroma and flavour,stone, some sweet breadiness and cream. Very decent

Keg at wee vault. Pours hazy pinkish, nose is chocolate, maple, pancake batter, speculooos, taste is juicy strawberry, chocolate, malty.
