We took our classic Treacle Toffee Stout recipe and supercharged it with caramelised South Durham Honey, vanilla and sea salt.

The brethren provideth. Inky black. Thick foamy tan head. Aroma is bitter - coffee. Berry edge. Caramel streak. Sweet and boozy. Fruity. Before a burnt caramel sweeps through. Definite salt. The fruitiness is a bif part of it. Develops peripheral smokiness. Thick. Oily. Soft-fizzy carbonation. Long dry somewhat astringent finish. Certainly a big interesting Impy Stout but to sweet for this chap.
