A base beer made from pilsner malt, white wheat and flaked oats, was fermented and soured in FV, simultaneously.
The result was then blended with a whopping 200g/L of unfermented puree, retaining all the juicy, refreshing goodness of both fruits.

Keg at big swally. Pours hazy pink, nose is peach, berries, funk, taste is peach, tart, juicy.
