Butterscotch Foundry is our first imperial stout infused with whiskey. The foundation of this beer starts with a rich, roasty malt bill and a classic English yeast for depth. This is infused with premium whiskey, adding an extra kick and notes of vanilla and oak. The addition of velvety butterscotch and cocoa from Bolivia adds an extra layer of complexity, with hints of wood, leather, and a wine-like finish. A black beer, no head. Aroma of intense sweet dark malt, chocolate, toffee, vanilla. Taste of intense butterscotch, toffee, vanilla, sweet strong dark malts, sweet sticky finish. Oily mouthfeel.

Cremig malziger Beginn, hohe Viskosität. Komplex mit Noten von Schokolade und Kaffe bei hervorragend ausbalancierter Süße, wärmendem Alkohol und leichten Holznoten. Wenig Vanille, Bitterschokolade, viel Kakao. Moderate Herbe, rund, überraschend süffig. Lecker! 12/13/11/12/12/12

Can from Kvickly Odder @ Home. Pours pitch black with a fading very dark brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, chocolate, cocoa, light whisky. Flavor is sweet, roast malty, caramel, chocolate, cocoa, vanilla, whisky, some alcohol. Full body, soft carbonation, sweet light bitter finish with some warming alcohol. 251024
