Blended Sherry Barrel Aged Raspberry Wild Ale - 11.3%
Rich & punchy flavours of fresh & jammed raspberries lead the way here, which is no surprise with over 400g/L of raspberries added at the end stage of fermentation. Over 25 months maturing in two barrels, a fresh first fill Oloroso sherry cask and a second fill Pedro Ximénez sherry cask, has imparted multidimensional notes of sweet sherry, tannins and a hint of dryness lending an air of complexity and sophistication with subtle hints of walnuts and woody notes. All accompanied by a soft balancing tartness.

Bottle at home. Pours clear reddish amber, nose is raspberry, funk, hint of raisin, taste is dry, sharp funk, fruity berries.
