Draught @ Cock Tavern, 315 Mare Street, Hackney, Greater London, England E8 1EJ. [ As Allendale Belgian Ale ].ABV: 6.06%. Clear medium to dark brown - red amber color with a average to large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, caramel, dusty malt, nutty, tart berry, light to moderate hoppy, wood, moderate yeasty. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, dry, nutty, yeasty, earthy, berry - fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140416]
