A clean dry British style cider made of a blend of locally sourced apples. The key apples in this blend are 3 derivatives of McIntosh, "The Brothers" - Empire, Corland and Spartan apples. This is a champagne dry cider (no residual sweetness) with an 7.0% ABV. Lovely to enjoy on a sunny warm patio or paired with cheese, fruit or a charcuterie board.

A pale blonde cider with aroma of tart apples, light Brett, light mineral notes, very nice. In mouth, a nice tart mix of tart apples, light acidity, light lemon notes, pleasant. On tap at cidery.
