Draught @ the brasserie. Clear dark brown with faint ruby highlights, foamy tan head, faint roasted malt aroma, medium carbonation, medium bitter coffee beans taste, thin body, long finish. Decent, nothing flashy about it.

Bottle courtesy of Henrik. Pours almost black with a small beige head. Aroma of toffee, nut, roasted malt, chocolate, molasses, wood and dark fruit. Medium to heavy sweetness, light bitterness. Medium plus body, sticky texture, soft to flat carbonation. Finish is smooth and chocolatey.

Bottle. Courtesy Bibo. Creamy lightbrown good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma. Lactose. Sweet stout? Moderate bitter light roasted flavor. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Deasent.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Sierra Imperial Stout ].Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, coffee, dusty coffee, nutty - earty notes, lactose sugar - chocolate notes. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140328]

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Almost black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, caramel, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and moderate bitter finish. 280314

Bottle, 6.5%. Almost black with small beige head. Aroma is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, caramel and vanilla. Flavour is roasted malts, chocolate, caramel, lacto, sweet and vanilla.

Bottle. Nice head with good duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are roast malt, chocolate, lactose sugar, caramel, licorice and hops. Nice and dry finish, but a little too carbonated.
