India Pale Ale facile e profumata, tutta da gustare. Birra ad alta fermentazione realizzata con malto d’orzo e di frumento, caratterizzata da una luppolatura aromatica (dry hopping) con varietà americane. Amaricatura piacevole e dissetante, gusto tendente alle note del luppolo: marmellata di agrumi, erbe verdi, resine. Abbinamenti gastronomici: birra particolarmente adatta a piatti a base di erbe e verdure amare: radicchio selvatico, luppolo selvatico, radicchio di Treviso, carciofi. Da provare anche in abbinamento a sfiziosi piatti grassi, o fritti: la secchezza e la buona amarezza della Postina IPA ripuliranno il palato dalla sensazione oleosa, e vi predisporranno all’assaggio del boccone successivo. Bitter pleasant and refreshing, taste tending to hop notes: citrus jelly, green herbs, resins. Food pairing: especially suited to dishes with herbs and bitter vegetables: radicchio wild, wild hop, radicchio Treviso, artichokes. Try also combined with delicious fat dishes, or fried: the dryness and good bitterness of Postina cleanse the palate from the oily taste, and we will prepare tasting of the next bite.
