Draught at the brewpub. Dark brown and cloudy. Thin head. Earthy and slightly caramelly aroma. The aroma implies to me a relatively big bitter, but the soft and smooth character is more easy-drinking than that. Caramel notes and a light leafy hop note, decent and strongish.

Draught, medium stable head, clear dark copper colour, floral aroma - orange blossom and rose petals, with touches of malt and nuts, flavour of caramel and brown sugar, a little heavy but still quite nice.

Draught samples at the brewpub in Ginnegar. 5.3%. Slightly hazy deep golden to amber color. Aroma with malt, a bit of fruitiness and hints of caramel. Sweetish flavor of malt, some bread, biscuits and a mildly bitter and slightly earthy hoppy finish. Medium-bodied. 5/3/6/3/11=2.8
Cascade dry-hopped version: Hazy amber color. Floral hoppy aroma with earth and fruits. Flavor starts sweetish and continues with fresh hops and mild bitterness. Medium-bodied. Nice and refreshing. 6/4/7/3/13=3.3
