Re-rate 4/4/12: Draught at the "Pre-Pesach Keg Party" 2012. 9.9%. Hazy amber color with an off-white head. Citric Cascade hops aroma. Pleasant citric hoppy flavor with moderate hop bitterness. Smooth rounded mouthfeel. Pretty concentrated flavor, but dangerously drinkable - feels like a 5% beer. 7/4/7/4/15=3.7
Draught at the Dancing Camel 4th pre-pesach keg party. Hazy deep golden with a big beautiful white head. Great aroma of citric Cascade hops with flowers, tropical fruits and a light honey-ish tone. Flavor is sweetish at first with some malt, bread notes and fruits and continues on to a long bitter citrusy finish. Medium-full body and very smooth. Easy-drinking, tasty and fresh. 8/5/7/4/15=3.9

Draught at the 4th pre-pesach keg party, big bubbley head, a touch hazy light orange colour, aroma of grapefruit, peach, tropical fruit and some pine. flavours of grapefruit assortment of herbs with strong piney presence and an empathic but mellow bitter presence, smooth with a long bittersweet aftertaste. Excellent.
