A not so subtle play on words. This is our Easter ale. It’s a time of renewal, so we’re introducing a brand new yeast strain to our brewing process – Belle Saison from Belgium. Using crystal and roasted malts we have a red beer that is an Eggcellent addition to any bar!

Cask @ Abel Heywood, Manchester. Clouded reddish-brown with a creamy-smooth head. It has a crisp rye bitterness.
