A rich, golden coloured ale that is eminently quaffable brewed using First Gold and Sovereign hops naturally! First Gold gives a refreshing sharp and crisp hop character when used late in the boil as it is here, whilst Sovereign is responsible for the main underlying bitterness. A bitter, yet moreish ale.

Cask @ Abel Heywood, Manchester. Golden with a creamy head. Malty bitter with a clean and crisp taste. Slightly floral in character.
