330ml bottle from Aldi. Pours murky golden yellow, thin white head. Aromas of banana and pepper, light citrus. Taste has some bready sweetness, more spice. Abrupt finish, but OK. Glad I couldnβt get much honey.

Bottle @ Home. Heavy gusher the pours golden with a huge white head. Aroma of wheat, yeast, Little fruit. Flavor is sweet, malty, wheat, yeast, honeey. Thin to medium body, lively carbonation. 180914

Bottle from Voldby. Clear golden with a big and fluffy off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, wheaty, yeasty and a little honey. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Sweet finish. Way too high carbonation. 140814

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy golden colour with average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Yeasty, fruity and tart-ish muggy wheaty aroma, a cautious, background-ish touch of honey. Taste is sweet-and-sour, wheaty, slightly peppery spicy yeasty, hints of honey, a floral touch, dry hints of green apple parings; thin, light bodied, slightly watery. Somehow inexplicit, undeveloped, prematurely terminated, not got through.

Cask at Scottish Real Ale Festival 2014. Hazy pale golden body with a thin white head that fades. Aroma of tangerine, pine and white pepper. Flavour of citrus and white pepper. Thin body with a creamy mouthfeel. Light carbonation prickle. Iβm not getting much honey in this, but itβs a decent wheat beer.

Bottle 330ml @ home. [ As Brewmeister Kaiser ].Gusher. Murky matt medium yellow orange color with a huge, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, cheese, mold, fruity yest, honey. Flavour is moderate sweet, light light acidic and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, fruity, yeasty, mold, sweet malt, honey notes. Body is medium, texture is watery - creamy, carbonation is soft to flat (initial over fizzy - over carbonation). [20140525]

33cl bottle from the Scottish Real Ale shop. Appearance - golden amber with a quickly disappearing head. Nose - oranges and pineapple with a touch of white pepper. Taste - more pineapple and white pepper which reminds me more of Saison style. Some hazelnuts on the end. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy texture and a dry finish. Overall - a lot of flavour considering the low percentage. It didnβt start well but it definitely grew on me.

Bottle from Terre de Boissons Calais. Pale gold slight haze lasting white head. Some esters some lemon some vegetable. Some lemon in the flavour some lemon and bitterness on the finish. Not getting too much honey a little sweet maybe. Hmmm not good.

Bottle at Queen Vic, Aberdeen. Slow gusher. It pours hazy amber with a thick white head. The nose is earthy, wheat, honey sweetness, grain and dough. The taste is sweet, doughy, wheat, honey, grain, hay and sweet banana with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Really not too bad. Straight forward honeyed wheat.
