On tap at brewery. Pours clear dark brown. Aroma is very malt forward; herbal and sweet. Flavour has herbal and burnt toffee notes. Perhaps a bit heavy on the sweetness. Good carbonation.

Poured from 473mL can. Hazy copper brown with off white head. Belgian yeast, raisin, surprisingly competent for Salt Spring brewing. Decent, some slight bitterness on the finish that throws thing off a touch.
