On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. This is a mild pale golden yellow one, blurry in the glass and it has a nice medium sized quite lacing white top. Smells a little Belgian. White candied sugar, Belgian yeast, soft floral and it also had some brett funkiness. Mild orange zest and some soap in the taste. Not bad at all. Tastes quite nice. A nice really sharp and stingy flavor to this. White currants and lots of acidic lemon juice. Filed with brett all the way. Super refreshing! 02.05.2014
