A very pale session bitter produced from 100% lightly kilned Winsome Pale Ale malt. In tune with the season and to mimic the first frosts of the year, hopping is crisp and sharp. The use of Centennial hops from the U.S.A. ensures a prominent citrus aroma and lingering bitterness.

Very pleasant beer - so why were they so ashamed of putting their brewery name on the contemporary pump clip?

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5
Cask @ Grey Horse Inn, Manchester. Golden with a creamy head. Has a malty nose and malts in its taste, but they don’t linger too much although there’s a clear bitterness here.
