Draught. Deep amber colour, small off-white head. Aroma is gooseberries, some wheat, banana and mild toasted tones to it. Flavour is citrus, banana, some mild berries and a bit yeasty tones along with some wood as well.

From tap. Pours hazy orange to brown with a small off white head. Aroma is grapefruity and light peachy. Dry and bitter. Light teaish. Bitter and dry, light herbal finish.

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wheat, moderate hoppy, citrus, orange, light yeasty, banana - fruity notes. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, catt piss, dark citrus, wheat, dry, light yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20140502

[5/2/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 1st session. Hazy amber. Big Sorachi Ace aroma with lemongrass, fruits and a bit of fruity esters. Dry-ish flavor with a bit of yeast, lemony hops and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Decent.
