Small festival glass, draught at Copenhagen Beer Celebration, first session. Unclear light amber coloured body. Huge white head, dissipating. Drying fruity hops to the nose. Flavoured of fresh and dried fruits joined by airy wheat, leading to a nice touch of bitter citrus peels towards the ending. Medium bodied. Well made with fine drinkability (02.05.2014).

Tap @ CBC, 14. Hazy dark amber/brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, caramel, wheat and yeast. Flavour is malt, caramel, wheat, yeast, medium sweet and a little bitter.

Draught at CBC 2014. Light hazy copper liquid with a medium off-white head. Aroma of citrus, dill, raw sugar, bread and mango. Taste is dry and high bitter with notes of citrus, dill, bread and raw sugar. Medium bodied with medium carbonation.

Draught @ CBC 2014. Pours hazy dark golden with a offwhite head. Aroma of wheat, grassy hops, dill, little cheese. Flavor is wheat, bitter grassy hops, dill, herbs. Medium body, soft carboantion, bitter finish. Well executed, but not a fan of Sorachi Ace. 020514
