This big ass Double New England IPA Uses massive amounts of El Dorado hops. We also added forest and wildflower honeys to add a little something special to this beer.

Foamy white head stayed on a hazy pale gold, slowly carbonating body. Bubble gum, mango & Haribos aroma. Medium bodied, smooth a sharp clean finish. Sweet citrus, mango, peach, Haribos & jam tastes. Super

Can. Hazy yellowish gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth almost silky palate, decent fine minerally carbonation emerges on the back end. Very light but smooth creamy sweet malts. Crisp rich piney front end to the hops that just keeps driving through all the way to the finish where it gets seriously minty, a fair dose of peppermint. In between there is modest citrus and a whisper of citrus peel. Wow. This is the most pine forward hop beer I've had in years. The trouble is, it wears thin fairly quickly. Without some fruity hop character to offset it, it meanders in to mouthwash territory. Nice for a bit, then it starts to grind.
