The beer is produced as Grand Champion 2013 in collaboration with Antal Németh, the winner of the international competition Slovak Homebrewing Star 2013. It is a “white IPA”, i.e. a wheat beer, which with its distinctive hopping and fermentation falls into the style of India Pale Ale. The colour of the beer is characterized by a dark yellow-golden colour. The beer is not filtered, so any cloudiness is caused by the yeasts present in the beer. The aroma is very pronounced, pleasantly aromatic, with strong notes of tangerine and sour exotic fruits.

Flaška(Diky do Prešpurka!):Cloudy, orangey coloured, stable beaten-egg-white-like head, some floaties visible and a good lace as well; moderate nose of exotic fruits mixed with dry piney impressions - sweet caramel underneath as usual; moderate to solid dry bitter-sweet flavour, medium bodied; dry lingering bitter-piney finish with some exotic fruits. Pretty good, not very aromatic, but quite spicy…

Bottle @ America Strikes Back, Ulfborg. Pours hazy amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of diacethylene and yeast, with subtle malty touches. Bitter, hoppy flavour, with pronounced diacethylene notes and touches of citrus and malt. Sourish and bitter aftertaste. Disappointing.

Pours hazy deep golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, wort, caramel, butterscotch, grain, citrus and orange. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long butterscotch finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottled 330ml. -from Kézműves Csemege Budapest. Slight hazy dark orange/golden coloured, medium sized white head, light stale fruity nose. Fruity, malty, weak spicy and caramel with touch of spices in the finish. A bit messy...so-so.

0.33l? courtesy of and shared with ogivlado (thanks!). Poured a hazy orange-gold body with a lasting small white head. Pungent, quite unique aroma, strong caramel with fruit underneath, vanilla? icecream. Very, very light alcohol too. Soft, fruity malty tastetaste ending in herbal bitterness which lasts long in the aftertaste - the hops give out some citric notes too, hardly complex. A bit too mild taste-wise (if not body-wise) for my tastes I guess. Strange hybrid, hard to say I really like it, hard to say I hate it, and yet it’s above average.
