750mL bottled April 2024, drunk Jan 7, 2026, as pictured.
Rich but mellowed acidity with a solid backing of bread and honey-like notes from the malt. Not getting any super distinct hop character but nearing two years old, I wouldn't expect any. Still some acidity and fruitiness with lots of earth, gentle funk and vegetal notes.
Quite tart but pleasingly so, with a light, yet ample, malty body showing white bread and honey. Vegetal and pepper notes sound worse than they actually are, and there's mild wood and tropical fruit character lingering. Could do a bit more Brett, but the lactic acidity is mellow and there's no acetic.
