Fermented with our house culture in addition to wild souring bacteria and then dry-hopped with 20g/l of Citra and El Dorado, combining some of the juiciest American hops. We believe a sour base beer is a fantastic way to exhibit hop character. Keg only.

Off white collar on a clear golden body. Sweet citrus aroma. Medium to thin bodied, smooth on the palate. Grapefruit, citrus & sour tastes. Nice one

Keg at brewdog Lothian road.. Hazy Amber...Soft sharp funk dry zezty fruit nose... Light tart fruit nose... Soft sweet tropical fruit front.. Light dry tart sherbert floral fruit

Keg at the hanging bat. Pours hazy yellow, nose is pineapple, huge Orange, funk, taste is tart, juicy fruit, light funky.
