Our brewers gave up their dreams to be rap superstars to pursue the softer lights of the craft beer scene long ago. Even though the fame and fortune might not compare to superstardom they still find ways to get rich. This Dinkelweizen is their way to payout to those who get after their dreams no matter what they might be. This brew is made with all NY grown ingredients including spelt malt which gives it an extra nutty taste. American hefeweizen yeast imparts classic wheat beer characteristics and dry hopping will deliver a heavy dose of hops on the nose. There’s no doubt this beer is a hit.

Appearance - 4 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
Tap at Taproom 307. Amber brown beer with fine one finger head. Nose is wheat and soft fruit. Tastes of wheat, yeast, some red fruits, light nuttiness, some earth as well. Relatively thin bodied.

Pine Box Rock Shop, Brooklyn tap: pours brown with a creamy off white head. Aroma is hops at first, but not really much dunkelweizen type stuff. Taste is lightly bitter. With a mild sweetness. Some floral notes in the taste. Not bad... Bit does not do it for me.
