Jan. ’16. On tap at the brewpub. It poured a clear golden body, with medium to big head. Waitress brought it together with pils, carefully remembering which is which, this was only a tad darker but no way to recognize them by the looks anyway. But, of course, by nose they were easily identified. This one was typical for the style, strong orange and fruit hop aroma. Lightly sweet biscuit, sugar, tropical fruits. Quite low bitterness. No alcohol felt, even seemed very low in it. Medium body. A pleasant, very aromatic IPA with very low bitterness. Interesting, but not outstanding, as some of their other beers.

Draught at the brewpub.
Amber, clear body, with a big, fluffy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of grapefruit, orange, grass, passion fruit, biscuit.
Tastes of grapefruit, passion fruit and some other tropical fruits, orange, grass, biscuit.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with a lively carbonation.
Finishes bitter, moderate dry, zesty, grassy, a bit herbal, a bit malty.
Nice one. Fully aromatic and with a nice hop bite, but still well drinkable and balanced, with a good malt body. Not my favourite IPA from Austria, but among the better ones.
